Alana Shepherd, Executive Manager – People Agility, REA Group

With more than 18 years’ experience in HR, Alana is passionate about realising enterprise value and growth by creating an exceptional work experience products enabled by agile and innovative practices.
Prior to REA, Alana worked in senior HR and Change Management roles across multiple industries in Australia, Japan, Singapore, London and Papua New Guinea. Alana holds a Bachelor of Business &Psychology from Newcastle University and a Masters in Change Management from UNSW Graduate

Jennifer Tod, Head of People & Culture at Littlepay, has enjoyed a journey from educational leadership to Head of P&C roles in a range of sectors. Curiosity about people, purpose and culture is the thread that runs through her career, and she’s delighted to bring these interests to Littlepay, to help shape the organization as it steers a path from startup to scaleup. In this time of rapid growth for the business, Jen’s responsible for attracting the best possible candidates to shape the future of Littlepay and help it fulfil its ambitious roadmap. Joining the company mid-pandemic, she’s also been instrumental in the transition, in both the Melbourne and UK offices, from a largely office-based culture to a more hybrid approach. When attending an event:

You will need to acknowledge a health declaration on entry to the venue. If you are feeling unwell on the day, we ask that you do not attend and call us to advise.
You must display evidence of your double-vaccination certificate.
You will need to scan a QR code on arrival at the front desk, for tracing purposes.
Social distancing must be maintained at all times.
All food and beverage service is cashless.
Patrons are required to wear a mask at all times when indoors unless eating or drinking, and are asked to wear it in situations outdoors where they cannot socially distance.
