    As a Partner at KPMG for over 14 years, Sally was the National Lead of KPMG’s Culture, Diversity & Inclusion practice, the Melbourne People and Change Lead, and a Partner in KPMG’s Defence & National Security team.

    She specialises in cultural transformation and leadership development, and alignment. She has advised Boards and Executive teams on how to build the right culture and how to prevent and respond to cultural challenges.

    Tova brings to the Sisterhood Social a wealth of experience, having worked for 10 years across People Operations at Google, overseeing compensation, employee engagement, and leading teams of recruiters who have hired over 2000 people. She is now the Founder of Series Build, helping Australian startups hire the best talent and bring more diversity and representation into their teams.
