Are people in your team worn out? Not aligned? Conflicting and miscommunication sneaking in? Do you want to know how to focus on creating a workplace 'culture by design' in 2022?

I know you're busy and have a lot on your plate. We've designed this workshop so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

The last 2 years have been a whirlwind to say the least (or should I say a tornedo). As we close out this year and turn our thoughts onto 2022, let me create space for you to:

Undertake a self-reflection on your team culture - the good and the challenges;
Learn why creating a 'culture by design' is essential as we lead into 2022;
Plan for a conversation with your team - we will provide you with practical tools to make this process easy for you.

This is what you will receive:

Access to this very practical and hands-on 1-hour workshop (you will create a plan to implement!).
Tools to use in your team so you can start the journey of creating a 'culture by design'.
A 1-hour 1:1 coaching session to be used within 3 months to support you in this 'culture by design' journey (valued at $330).

Spaces are limited so book your spot today! If you cannot attend the workshop live, you will get access to the recording (and can contact me with any questions via email).

This workshop is brought to you by FlexAgility.
