We’re so grateful to be part of a vibrant and diverse community filled with incredible talent. This Sunday, January 19, we’re honored to once again host *Cultured Flow* at Lenny Boy Brewing Company—a celebration of movement, rhythm, and cultural connection.
Led by the amazing Niché Faulkner @justkneeshay and her company, Shae Movement @shaemovement this energetic yoga flow will feature traditional African drumming, dance, and song for a truly unique and inspiring experience. Niché’s dedication to sharing yoga through Black and Brown perspectives is a gift, and we’re so excited to have her share it with us!
