Cup Half Full - Grief Cafe for National Palliative Care Week
Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre
Wembley WA, Australia
Description
People attend a Grief Café to share about loss and grief over coffee and cake. The Grief Cafe is a safe space to talk and to listen.
Our Grief Cafe in National Palliative Care Week will be facilitated by Sabena Lund, who has training and experience in holding group spaces and conversations.
We'll start and finish the cafe with a brief mindfulness exercise. The sharing and discussion will be group led.
Please be aware, the Grief Cafe is not a counselling session.
