People come to a Grief Café to share about loss and grief over coffee and cake. The Grief Cafe is a safe space to talk and to listen.

The Grief Cafe will be facilitated by Sabena Lund, who has training and experience in holding group spaces and conversations. We'll start and finish the cafe with a brief mindfulness exercise. The sharing and discussion will be group led.

The Grief Cafe is not a counselling session.

We would like to thank WA Government, Department of Communities and Lotterywest for funding to host this Grief Cafe.
