🌘 Awaken your Inner Vision with the Spirit of Mugwort

We start our journey on the 27th of February, with the energy of the new moon and the herb mugwort. This session is about deep cleansing, releasing stagnant energy, and reconnecting with your creativity and inner power. Mugwort helps open the door to intuition, divination, and lucid dreams, allowing you to align with your true self and spiritual expression. We will also share practices to expand your awareness of your dreams and enhance your intuitive connection.

🌕 Embodying your Sensuality with the Spirit of the Rose

On March 20th, we celebrate the full moon and the beginning of the astrological year. This session includes a special ritual to mark the start of this new cycle as a collective. It’s a time of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings. We will focus on the heart, self-love, and the qualities of the feminine divine, with rose energy helping us open the heart to connect with the power of our sensuality and self-love.

🌑 Rooting within: The art of Gentle Reflection with the Spirit of Chamomile

We conclude our journey on April 24th with the energy of the dark moon and the spirit of chamomile. This session is about experiencing gentle reflection and integration. We will connect with the womb energy, embracing its dark and empty qualities as a space for inner work. Chamomile’s nurturing energy helps us reflect deeply, integrate the wisdom of the journey, and prepare to move forward with clarity and gentleness, listening to the quiet call of our inner selves.

About the facilitators:

Bruna is a Womb Awakening Facilitator, Moon Flower Essence Therapist, and advocate for Natural Gyna-ecology. Born in Brazil and calling Australia home for over 13 years, her journey began in childhood with a deep curiosity for the spiritual world and the unseen mysteries.

For over 20 years, Bruna has been transformed by the healing power of plant medicine, walking the path of Shamanism and honoring the legacy of indigenous traditions. With a background in Biology and Permaculture Design, she weaves together science, spirituality, and ancestral wisdom to guide women on transformative journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

Bruna believes in the power of trauma as a gateway to healing, using plant medicine, flower essences, and sacred rituals to awaken the internal healer within. Her work celebrates the cycles of nature, the wisdom of the womb, and the divine intelligence that connects us all.

Mariana’s path is woven with a deep devotion to guiding women back to their essence, helping them reconnect with their bodies, cycles, and the mysteries of feminine wisdom. What began as a personal exploration of sacred bond between women and nature, a calling that led her to immerse herself in transformative healing and spiritual practices around the world.

Her work brings together the ancient wisdom of crystals and natural therapies, along with extensive training in various modalities of Yoga, including traditional Hatha, Yin and Tantra yoga. She developed her own modality of Yogatherapy, blending movement, breath, and Healing Therapies techniques for deeper healing and self awareness. Having started her journey with the deep mysteries of the feminine, she began guiding women in reconnecting with the profound wisdom held within their bodies. Through MANA Alchemy Feminine Mentoring, she helps women awaken the ancient intelligence of their wombs, pelvic floor, and menstrual cycles, embracing the natural rhythms that empower their lives. Through the alchemy of working with the vibration medicine of Yoni eggs, this journey allows each woman to reconnect with her inner wisdom and step into a more empowered way of living.

At the heart of Mariana’s work is a passion for creating sacred spaces where women can reconnect with their inner wisdom, nurture their healing journey, and reclaim their feminine power.
