Healing through Writing: Chismes y Cuentos is a writing through grief workshop which discusses the traumas and grief that we carry. This workshop will be a safe healing space. All tickets include a gift bag!!

Immerse yourself in a day of healing grief through herbal wisdom, Eastern medicine, and freeing writing practices with storytelling.

Natalia (founder of Pure Love Boutique y Botanica), will guide you through Qi-Qong sequence that will support your body's release of grief. Natalia will introduce intentional acupressure points and exercises that will help transform sorrow, and help restore balance for our overall well being.

Stephanie (herbalist and founder of With Rain and Shine), will give insight to the spiritual background of herbal remedies and with their use, will cultivate an environment where trauma can be released. Stephanie will explore the benefits of calendula and chamomile, as well as rosemary and peppermint which will be diffused throughout the workshop. Included, a curated With Rain and Shine elixir that offers body and soul protection and helps move through grief.

Jeanette (writer and founder/curator for kultura dyad), will lead discussions and our intentions for this upcoming worm moon, what grief's voice sounds like, and freeform writing where we will explore grief and its trauma through prose and a sharing of oral stories.

Participants will be provided a small blank notebook, and a pen (to keep), but are welcome to bring whatever supplies necessary. No experience necessary, and all writing levels welcome.
