ABOUT CURATED COLLECTIVE

Curated Collective teaches the art of creating delicious cocktails, specialising in low & non-alcoholic cocktails. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels of cocktail enthusiasts, from beginners to advanced learners.

Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors will guide you through the process of balancing flavours, mixing, shaking & garnishing as well as teaching you the history and techniques around each cocktail recipe. You will learn how to make classic and modern cocktails as well as low & non-alcoholic alternatives that are just as delicious and impressive.

Our focus on the ability to provide the low & non-alcoholic cocktails ensures that all of our customers can enjoy the experience depending on their lifestyle choice. Our classes are perfect for anyone looking to expand their knowledge of mixology, learn new skills, or just have fun in a social and relaxed atmosphere.

We provide all the necessary tools and ingredients for the class, and we can accomodate different group sizes, whether attending solo, with a partner, or with a group of friends. Our classes can also be customised to suit specific preferences, such as dietary requirements or personal tastes.

At the end of the class you'll have the confidence to recreate the cocktails at home, impressing your guests with your mixology skills. Our cocktail masterclass is a fun and interactive experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of mixing drinks.

ABOUT Jungle Tiki Bar

Jungle Tiki Bar is Brisbane’s original tiki bar right in the heart of West End. When you visit this little handmade tiki hut, you will be forgiven for believing you’ve stepped into an island paradise. They serve tropical cocktails, local beers, friendly banter and good times. Take in the Polynesian inspired decor when you visit the crew for a tropical escape in the middle of Brisbane City.
