Curator's Tour: Fermoy on Foot Outdoor Art Trail

Join David Roche Gallery curator Timothy Roberts on a tour of selected works of art along the Fermoy on Foot Outdoor Art Trail.

Beginning at the David Roche Gallery at 10:00am, this tour will take you through the streets of North Adelaide, where you will discover fourteen carefully selected works of art which reveal hidden histories and connections with locations around the historic precinct.

Things to note:

The tour commences and concludes at David Roche Gallery, 241 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide. There is limited parking available on-site. For public transport users, Adelaide Metro Stop 3 Melbourne Street is approximately 50m from the Gallery.
The tour distance is 2.3km, and encompasses some uneven terrain. The tour requires a moderate level of fitness to complete, and will operate for approximately 1.5 hours. Please wear appropriate footwear, and ensure any mobility aids are suitable for use over uneven ground. A route map can be supplied prior to the tour for self-assessment.
The tour will take place in mild weather conditions, including light rain or wind. Participants are responsible for wearing appropriate attire including a hat, sunscreen, poncho or umbrella. Please bring a bottle of water, especially in the case of warm weather.
In the case of moderate to severe weather conditions, David Roche Gallery will endeavour to make contact with participants as early as practicable to advise of changes to the tour schedule.
The tour is suitable for all ages, though participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. The tour includes footpaths alongside busy roads and hence is not recommended for unaccompanied children.
