Event description
Join Interspecies and Other Others curator Kelli Alred on an evening walking tour of the exhibition. Alred will lead audiences across the Convent precinct and offer insights into the artworks, how they have been integrated into the Convent’s architectural and garden landscapes, as well as the discursive thinking behind this incredible project.
About
Kelli Alred is an Australian artistic director, curator, program manager and dramaturg whose creative practice examines relationships between the spatial and temporal aspects of exhibition making, performance and experience design. Alred has presented artistic programs, commissions and exhibitions in museums, galleries and theatres, as well as in site-specific, heritage and outdoor locations across Australian, Europe, USA and Asia.
Accessibility
The Convent’s outdoor spaces are wheelchair accessible. Gender-neutral and accessible toilets are available at several locations within the Abbotsford Convent Precinct.
