Join us on a transformative journey through movement, sound, connection, community and co-creation. Whether you are curious to connect deeper with yourself, others, explore the relationship to your body and consciousness, practice presence, be inspired, have fun, relax, move, receive the medicine of community and connection, expand your awareness, play and explore in the NOW, step outside of your comfort zone, empower yourself, lean in and learn to move energy, unfold and unfurl in a journey from mind to heart, then this is a container for you! For Every- body.

*Attune with others through a connection process. *Guided gentle movement and stretch exploration. 

*Free flow dance and movement journey.

*Relax, receive and reflect as you melt into a sound journey. Option to also receive a cranial/neck/shoulder massage.

*Integrate with an art/journal process.

*Ground and connect with a communal meal.

Meet your Hosts

Amy Sorensen is a trained Massage Therapist with 18 yrs experience working with bodies. She is also a trained Yoga instructor, Yin breathwork facilitator and a Somatic Therapist completing her training. Embodying love, presence and aliveness with a deep connection to nature, Amy is committed to her own healing and remembrance journey and is passionate about creating spaces for others to explore and nurture their body,bmind and spirit. Amy is excited to co-create with Francis and those who choose to step into this container where curiosity of the now leads the way

Francis Swindells gives you the space to experience the transformative power of Sound Medicine! 

With years of experience in Personal Training, the State Government sectors and the mineral exploration industry, he now specialize in creating harmony through group sound journeys, Acutonics, and Acoustic Massage. His approach blends professionalism with holistic practices, offering you a space to relax, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or a journey of self-discovery, Sound Medicine is a powerful way to align your body, mind, and spirit.
