You draw countless breaths each day. How many do you really notice? The breath runs of its own accord, yet it's the one rhythm you can take hold of at any moment.

Through it moves a current. In the body it drives movement, action and expression. In the mind it becomes thought. Stress drains that current. Tension restricts its flow. Allowed to move freely, it energises and sustains.

Current is a free community afternoon of practice in two parts. Breath to steady the system. Body to get energy moving from the ground up.

Come for one or stay for both.

Part One: Breath • 11:00am to 12:15pm

Mindful movement to open the body and create space for the breath.
Guided breath patterns that slow everything down, until the mind goes quiet and the body melts.
Finish in stillness, wrapped in the resonance of sound bowls.
Leave lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.

Open to all levels.

Between • 12:15pm to 1 pm

Tea and light food.
An opportunity to connect with the people you practised with.

Part Two: Body • 1 pm to 3:00pm

with Axel from Inner Alchemy Training

TRE, a guided sequence of movements that lets the body release held tension.
An Inner Alchemy Training practice that climbs the body from stability to expression.
Feel charge rise, move and settle.

Best suited to those with some Yoga, breath or movement practice.

What to Bring

Comfortable clothes you can move in and a
Water bottle.

All mats, props and equipment provided.

Please Note

Breathwork, TRE and Inner Alchemy practice can bring up heat, trembling or emotion. That's normal, and you set your own pace the whole time.
