When we dance, we have the opportunity to feel fully embodied. To come home to our senses, to be present with what is alive within us. Showing up for, bearing witness to, and exploring the vast landscapes of our internal experience.

To be embodied in our experiences, our bodies call for us to be present, listen, and stay with our experiences, whether good or bad. To explore with curiosity.

When we can live in this embodied way, we can move through life with more fluidity, flexibility, and a greater sense of stability in who we are in the world. We have the capacity to experience the subtle nuances of our day-to-day through our expanded senses.

This space I welcome you into is free of judgment. A space for exploration of the body and self. An invitation to feel free to move however your body wants to, no matter how goofy, wild, sensual, or soft you choose to show up… all is welcome and encouraged!

Come join me as I continue to build the conversation with my body through movement.

Currents Ecstatic Dance is a fortnightly event open to all genders, ages, and abilities. You do not have to have any experience in dance, just the willingness to show up and move your bodies!

***PLEASE NOTE*** that this is a drug and alcohol-free event.

If you are struggling financially, please contact me, and I can organize a ticket for you.

I will also need people to help set up/pack down at each dance. In return, I offer you two free dances for your help.
