Come home to the heart of Sri Lankan cooking with the King of Curry — where the spices are bold, the food is soulful, and the table is always shared.
Join me for a hands-on cooking class where we’ll prepare a beloved home-style Sri Lankan rice and curry meal, just like my mom makes.
📍Held at Clove Kitchen.
This class will be conducted in four small groups of four, so everyone gets hands-on experience and plenty of personal guidance.
This is more than just a cooking class — it’s an invitation to cook, eat, and connect over real food, full of soul and spice.
We’ll be making:

My mom’s red chicken curry – Deeply spiced, slow-simmered, and packed with the kind of flavour only a home kitchen can create.

Tempered dhal – Creamy red lentils finished with sizzling garlic, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.

Kale mallum – A quick, nourishing stir-fry with shredded kale, coconut, and green chilli.
We’ll finish around the table, sharing the meal we cooked together with Sri Lankan condiments and papadum — just like it’s done back home.
