Curry Night at Saddles Mount White
Description
Join us in The Barn for a winter feast created in collaboration with chef, baker and pastry cook Aniruddha Bhosekar.
Drawing on the flavours and traditions of Indian home cooking, Ani has created a menu of warming spices, abundant dishes and food made to be passed around the table.
Australian produce sits at the heart of the evening, with local flour, organic vegetables and ingredients grown and made close to home woven throughout the menu.
Ani previously led Fabbrica Bread Shop, part of the Love Tilly Group, where his work spanned sourdough, pastry and daily-baked breads made with Australian flour. That experience will come through in the finer details of the night, from the house-made naan to the care given to flour, fermentation and technique.
Your ticket ($80pp) includes:
Masala pappadum, pickle and mint yoghurt
Jeera rice and dal makhani
Your choice of palak paneer or murgh tikka masala
Garlic naan
Carrot halwa with saffron ice cream
A local fish special and additional dishes will also be available to order, alongside drinks from the bar.
Come hungry, settle in and join us for an evening of warming food and thoughtful hospitality at Saddles.
