what is custard?

two gadigal creatives got tired of feeling like queer spaces weren’t designed for the everyday bipoc person. as frequent event-goers, they constantly felt like outsiders at sydney events that were white-centric or catered towards the bipoc dance / dj crowd.

custard is us reclaiming the third space we always wanted but never saw.

what to expect

our october 11 event is our custard debut, so let's get acquainted over some uncanny food, drinks (sober folk welcome) + fun conversation starters.

custard is a grassroots movement built for community by community. with your help, you can expect many more unctuous experiences to come.

$5 from every ticket sold will go to mob strong fund. if you want to support custard but are not bipoc, you can do so by purchasing a non-attendance ticket, with proceeds going to helping run the grassroots event and also $5 going to mob strong fund too.
