FAQ
Can I change my booking?
As this is a pop-up installation with a limited number of workshops bookings are final and cannot be changed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Bookings are non-refundable and final. You’re more than welcome to pass your booking onto a friend if you can’t make it.
What if I’m late?
To keep the creative flow of the workshops we recommend allowing plenty of time to arrive, arriving late will cut into your creating time.
Safety
We want your time with us to be fun, however anyone acting recklessly or irresponsibly in any way that may cause harm to themselves, other participants, or our staff will be asked to leave the workshop.
140 Perth, Tall Teaspoon and all of our partners and their employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to participants or any loss or damage to personal possessions.
These workshops are not suitable for children under 15 years old.
Photography/Video
We reserve the right to take photographs and video footage during workshops that may include participants and use these photographs and video footage for advertising across all media forms, in perpetuity, and without payment to students.

We have a strict TWO WEEK storage policy of all finished work waiting to be collected. Any candles that aren’t collected (or have postage arranged) within this time frame will be donated to an NFP of our choice.
