Event description

This program helps participants provide excellent customer service skills by understanding their customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. The workshop will also give participants skills to communicate effectively to build rapport and long-term relationships, and deal with complaints.

If delivered virtually, the workshop will include short webinars, self-directed learning and interactive group discussions.
