Customer Experience Program Community Event

East Gippsland Shire Council is launching the Customer Experience Program, designed to help local retail, hospitality, and tourism businesses enhance customer service without financial strain. Funded by Emergency Recovery Victoria through the Business and Economic Recovery and Resilience Grant, this program provides free, self-paced, interactive online training for business owners and operators.
