World Collage Day is an annual, international celebration of collage on the second Saturday of May. Since 2018, artists and venues around the world hold collage events which bring together people and community in a spirit of cooperation, support and creativity.

To mark World Collage Day in 2024, Amanda Gardner will host a series of collage activities at The Churn Room in Dayboro.

Artist and collage maker John Massy will open with a lively talk about his exhibition, his passion for art and making. Following John's talk, Amanda and contemporary artist, Guthrie, will facilitate a two hour collage making session. Last but not least, the day will finish with a life model collage session, similar to life drawing but with collage!

11.30am Collage making with Amanda and Guthrie (free)
2.00pm Life model collage session ($35 + booking fee)
