Unleash your creativity with Yass-based artist Sara Phemister in this hands-on Zine Workshop! Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned creative, this workshop is all about expression, storytelling, and fun.

✨ What’s a Zine?
Zines are mini, self-made publications—perfect for capturing special moments, documenting life, or just creating for the pure joy of it. And the best part? There are NO rules! Your zine can be as unique as you are.

🎨 What to expect:
✅ Learn how to construct a simple zine
✅ Experiment with collage, drawing, and text
✅ Create something totally original and personal

💡 What to bring:
All materials are provided, but if you have special items—photos, concert tickets, magazine clippings, or any personal ephemera—feel free to bring them along to make your zine extra special!

Sara Phemister is a painter living and working on Ngunnawal Country. She has exhibited extensively over the last 28 years, predominately in the Canberra, Southern Tablelands and South Coast areas. Her show at Tyger Gallery in 2024, At Home With, was a huge hit with gallery visitors.
