Join Alannah Read of Ella & Jade Hair and her education team for a practical session with tightly textured models. They will explain how to introduce texture inclusivity into your salon services and guide your practical work of treating, cutting, and styling colour-treated hair.

As a salon that started this journey in 2018, Ella & Jade will share insights on the importance of education in gaining the knowledge, skills and experience that has helped them as a salon to generate clients, retain clients and create a striving salon that offers daily services for clients with coily and curly textures.

Focusing on treating, cutting, and styling coloured coiled and curly hair textures, they will guide you through the best practices for creating beautiful shapes based on each client’s hair texture and pattern.

SESSION STRUCTURE:
During this session, the team will share theory and practical experience on maintaining and caring for coiled and curly hair, cutting and styling for various textures, and using organic SUKU products to create curl- and coil-defining finishes, including blowout styles for coiled hair textures.
