Overview:

Udaan, a recently launched non-profit initiative, hosted its inaugural Job Search and Career Development Workshop at the Balmoral Community Centre. The event witnessed a capacity crowd of aspiring immigrants eager to enhance their employment prospects and navigate the New Zealand job market effectively.

Founders:

Driven by the vision of empowerment and community upliftment, Udaan was founded by Jyoti Parashar, Shveta Shah, Bela Divecha, and Mahima Sukheja. These four dynamic women identified the need for guidance and support in career development and came together to launch "Udaan – Let’s Shine Together."

Mission:

Udaan's mission is to empower individuals by sharing knowledge and skills, fostering professional and personal development, and promoting a sense of community among immigrants.
