About the Facilitator:

Laura García is a career coach with over nine years of experience across marketing, management, sales, and career development. Originally from Spain, her journey to Australia began with a life-changing job offer from a migration agency in Perth - secured while still overseas. Since then, she has navigated three student visas and built a thriving professional life, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges international professionals face.

Now, Laura helps others overcome visa-related barriers, self-doubt, and career uncertainty. In 2023 alone, she delivered over 500 consultations and helped more than 40 clients land jobs, promotions, or clarity. With a certified coaching background and a gift for seeing people’s potential before they see it themselves, Laura is passionate about helping others create careers they love. When she's not coaching, you’ll find her with her ukulele, on skates, or volunteering at Dress for Success.
