Discover the simple and beautiful art of cyanotype with Sue Gordon. Learn about the cyanotype process and chemistry, then experiment with a range of botanicals and photographic negatives to create your own unique blue-toned imagery.

Sue will bring her extensive library of negatives for participants to explore. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, a UV lightbox will also be available, so the workshop can continue regardless of sunshine.

The ticket price also includes a take-home Cyanotypes kit with everything you need to get you started.

Why not continue your creative journey by booking Mel’s Lotus Fold Journal workshop afterwards? Turn your cyanotype creations into a beautiful handmade folded journal.

This project has been supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Ipswich City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
