The Cyber Sista program is a comprehensive personal development program sponsored by Accenture specifically designed to give girls a significant advantage in preparing for a cyber security traineeship, balancing working and studying a Certificate IV in Cyber Security. Twenty-five positions are available on the program. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to interview for a Traineeship with Accenture! To ensure the most immersive experience and to give you an understanding of what it feels like to be in a Cyber Security work environment, the program will be held at our industry partner A3C located at Lot Fourteen in the city on 1 – 4 February 2022. Interviews with Accenture will follow shortly after.

Cyber Sista attendees have the opportunity meet a plethora of Cyber Security professionals to hear first-hand experiences and how they got to where they are. You will be provided the unique opportunity to qualify for a cybersecurity traineeship with Accenture after the successful completion of the course. You will meet other smart, driven, ambitious, funny, and incredible girls from a variety of cultural backgrounds and areas. You will learn a variety of valuable life skills and participate in fun and educational workshops.

Once submitted, applications will be reviewed and successful applicants will be notified of their position on the course.
