    Cybersecurity Showcase


    We’re excited to welcome you to our campus for the Cybersecurity Showcase, as part of UTS Tech Festival 2024!

    With the increasing reliance on technology in all aspects of our lives, the role of cybersecurity professionals is more critical than ever. Cybersecurity experts are at the forefront of protecting our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and attacks. 

    At the showcase, immerse yourself in cutting-edge projects developed by cybersecurity students who are leading the way in defending against cyber threats. From securing networks and systems to analysing malware and implementing encryption algorithms, these projects showcase the creativity and dedication of our cybersecurity students.

    Date: Wednesday 19 June 2024
    Time: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
    Location: UTS Building 11. Please proceed to Level 4.

    Who is invited: 

    • All UTS students and staff members
    • Friends and family
    • Industry representatives and research partners 
    • Anyone curious about cybersecurity and its applications.

    3:30pm - 4:00pm
    : Arrivals, networking and opening speech
    4:00pm - 5:30pm
    : Showcase officially commences, guests, friends and families arrive
    5:30pm - 6:00pm
    : Catering available - servers bring food around
    6:00pm - 6:50pm
    : Judging begins and ends
    6:50pm - 7:00pm
    : Winners announced and showcase concludes
