As female business owners we have the opportunity to work in a way that is most aligned with our cycles and the innate intelligence of nature’s cycles and we’d love to share with you what we’ve learned along the way.

By knowing which strengths and abilities are naturally being amplified in different cycle phases and understanding how to care for ourselves across the month, we can turn our menstrual cycle into an asset in our work. More importantly, we begin to create in a way that is in alignment with the rhythm of nature and get to experiencing a greater sense of ease and flow.

About Charlotte

Charlotte supports creatives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, as well as innovative teams and businesses to live, work, and create from a greater sense of flow by aligning with the cyclical rhythms of nature – daily, monthly, and seasonally. She holds a MSc in wellbeing psychology and her research on sensory processing sensitivity (highly sensitive people or HSPs) has been published in the International Journal of Wellbeing. Charlotte is a Red School certified Menstruality Mentor with specialised training in a variety of wellbeing modalities including hormonal health, women’s yoga therapy and self-care, and chronobiology. Prior to founding her own wellbeing practice, she worked in international HR and development roles with a leading global creative consultancy in Europe. Today, she works with clients internationally and consults to award-winning wellness retreat centre Aro Hā.

She has been cycle syncing her life and business for over 7 years now and wouldn't have the business success and the regulated nervous system without this practice. She is a huge advocate for helping women to understand their cycle and use it as their superpower. Today, she mentors clients internationally, runs a podcast for women (All of HER) and consults to award-winning wellness retreat centre Aro Hā.
