Join us for a peaceful, nourishing afternoon of remembering and reclaiming women's cyclical wisdom - how to live in tune & in beauty with the rhythms of your body & nature, access your feminine superpowers, and honour your ever-shifting needs & desires.

It will guide you deep into the magic and mystery of the menstrual cycle, and support you to live more in tune with your menstrual cycle and the rhythm of your body and nature, as a map for self care and personal growth... to flow.

We will also be doing gentle healing and empowering work around the rite of passage of menarche (first bleed), around menstrual shame and the stories that we may have acquired about what it means to be a woman, and to reclaim and celebrate the beauty and sacredness of our powerful, awesome femininity.

Why practice cyclical living

As women in our bleeding years, learning and practicing how to live in tune with our body's rhythms changes everything - it opens us up to our feminine superpowers that are unique to each stage of the menstrual cycle. For example, in the week leading up to ovulation we are at our most creative, productive, 'on', and engaging. As opposed to the first three days of bleeding when we are most inward, least able to be productive but most intuitive and visionary. We will be exploring all of this together in more breadth and depth and providing each woman the opportunity to understand her superpowers that are present at each stage of the monthly cycle. And will explore how to work with our cyclical strengths and needs in the face of the realities of a world and dominant culture that demands us to always be 'on', 'up', and burning the candle at both ends!

Our aim is that you will leave the circle feeling:

~ inspired and empowered to practice cyclical living (even in the face of the demands of our modern world) and be able to flow and experience the profound shifts that come with living 'in tune' and 'in sync'

~ topped up with a full cup and powerful 'aha' moments that bring deep and meaningful insights and practical takeaways

~ uplifted and nourished from experiencing gentle time in a sacred safe container

~ more empowered and in love with yourself as woman, and the sacredness of being a woman

~ able to share this with other women, sisters, and daughters

Who is this workshop for?
Open to all women, it is most relevant to women who are between the life stages of menarche and menopause who want to live more in tune with their menstrual cycle.
If you are interested in understanding cycle wisdom, working more in tune with your menstrual cycle, or reclaiming or healing around your menarche rite of passage, this is for you!

Babes in arms are welcome.

About your facilitators

Co-facilitated by Nina Maudslay of Bloom & Flourish, and Bianca Havukainen of Conscious Wellness with Bianca.

Both facilitators are experienced in holding safe, welcoming circles and workshop spaces for women, are Shamanic Womancraft practitioners, and are passionate about supporting women to be well on all levels.
