This workshop offers a supportive space for learning and sharing. In this workshop, we will:

Discover the qualities of your four cycle phases through the lens of the ‘inner seasons’.
Learn how to track and interpret your cycle for greater self-awareness
Explore practical tips to align your energy, creativity, and productivity with each phase
Discuss the role of hormones in your fertility health and overall sense of wellbeing, as well as simple ways of supporting yourself through diet, lifestyle and intentional practices.
Receive a cycle tracker and guide for the continuation of your journey.
Enjoy a 30 minute lunch break with access to the Paddock Kiosk for tea, coffee, light snacks and refreshments.
