Cyclical Wisdom for Teens

TEEN WORKSHOP

Learn the natural cycle of a woman in this gentle 2 hour immersion. We will discuss and embody the inner seasons of our monthly cycle, how to nurture ourselves and our bodies through all the stages of woman. This workshop is for the Maiden; the girl transitioning to young woman. A safe space to explore our inner workings without shame, trauma, fear or judgement. 

Everything will be supplied on the day including a light morning tea.
