This supportive, off-road class is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to cycling after a break. With guidance from experienced trainers, you’ll learn essential skills at your own pace, including:

Mounting and dismounting safely
Balancing and riding in a straight line
Starting, stopping and using brakes confidently
Understanding and using gears
Developing awareness and control in a safe environment.

This course is only for participants over the age of 18.

What to bring?

Your street-legal bike (e-bikes are welcome), helmet and suitable riding clothes.
