This supportive, off-road class is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to cycling after a break. With guidance from experienced trainers, you’ll learn essential skills at your own pace, including:

mounting and dismounting safely
balancing and riding in a straight line
starting, stopping and using brakes confidently
understanding and using gears
developing awareness and control in a safe environment.

This course is for participants over the age of 12.

What to bring?

Your street-legal bike (e-bikes are welcome), helmet and suitable riding clothes.
