Cygnus Arioso String Orchestra : Summer Concert 2024
Event description
Cygnus Arioso's so called Summer Camp was born in 2021, playing Schönberg's monumental work, "Verklärte Nacht" has set the bar high for
what they are capable of achieving both for challenging repertoires and artistic standards. This summer, they are going to explore the glorious musical world of Stravinsky, "Apollon Musagète".
"Apollon Musagete", translates to "Apollo, Leader of the Muses", and the work is a paean to the ancient Greek god of music, poetry, and the arts. Stravinsky's score is a masterful fusion of classical forms with his distinctive modernist language, reflecting both his deep engagement with tradition and his innovative spirit. Immerse yourself in the enchanting melodies of the Cygnus Arioso String Orchestra at their Summer Concert 2024, where passion and precision converge for an unforgettable musical experience under the blue whale skeleton.
