The benefits of DEI are clear

Recent global events have put the need for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at the top of the agenda for many organisations. As well as being the right thing to do, there are clear and proven benefits for motivation, decision making, innovation and organisational performance.

Organisations with inclusive cultures are, (Australian Institute of Company Directors, 2016):
- 2x as likely to meet or exceed financial targets
- 3x as likely to be high performing
- 6x more likely to be innovative and agile
- 8x more likely to achieve better business outcomes

79% of executives believe that DEI is an important driver of company reputation (Chief Diversity Officers report, 2021)
