director with 20 years experience in the communications and creative industries. Drinks and nibbles will

More about the speakers
Taryn Ormsby is the Creative Director at Firebrand. She has over 10 years of experience in the creative industries and holds a Bachelor of Design from USC. Taryn worked with renowned brands in agencies across Australia and London before moving to Ōtepoti, Dunedin 4 years ago. She believes every project should have a strong strategic foundation and loves the process of unpacking a business, telling their stories and building strong brands that will stand the test of time.
Mark Easterbrook is a freelance copywriter and creative director with 20 years experience in the communications and creative industries. He has written everything from hardcore retail advertising to poetic brand films to culturally sensitive government communications. He has an MA in Film, TV & Media Studies and has been a radio host, copywriter, bouncer, gravedigger, gas station attendant, charity board member and Programme Director of the Going West Writers Festival.
