Event Talk and Discussion Outline:
Founded in 2018, Never Not Creative is dedicated to improving the mental wellbeing of people working in creative businesses, teams, and alongside the creative industry.
This year's edition of the DA Club centres around the question:
“How do we create psychological safety in our industry and our workplaces?”
Never Not Creative has been investigating the mental wellbeing of the creative, media and marketing industries since 2018. While improvements in understanding and stigma have been observed, there’s still plenty of work to do.
Andy Wright, founder of Never Not Creative will be sharing early insights into the latest Mentally-Healthy 2024 research.
You will learn about topics such as:
- How workplace culture and role design affects wellbeing
- The stressors that contribute to anxiety and depression levels
- What a mentally-healthy culture and ways of working look like in 2024
Following the insights, Andy will be joined by Donna Maxwell from RunningMate and together they will facilitate a discussion with the room on initial reactions to the findings, sharing of good and bad practices and next steps from here.
