Terms and Conditions: By purchasing tickets you acknowledge you have read and agree to the below conditions:

I understand and acknowledge that participating in The Mona (Laundy Hotels) Dachshund Races involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of bodily injury, property damage, or death to myself / my dog. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in the Event. I further acknowledge that issues can occur with other dogs, including conflicts or altercations, and I take full responsibility for my dog's interactions regardless of fault during the Event.

Health and Fitness: I certify that my dog is in good health and physical condition to participate in the Event. It is my responsibility to ensure my dog is fit for participation and has received all necessary vaccinations and veterinary care.

Release of Liability: I release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue The Mona (Laundy Hotels), its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, Event Partners, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, my dog, or my property, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise, while participating in the Event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mona (Laundy Hotels) and Event Partners from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and legal fees, arising from my participation in the Event.

Photographic Release: I grant permission to The Mona (Laundy Hotels) and Event Partners to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional purposes.

Marketing Opt-In: I consent to receive marketing communications from The Mona (Laundy Hotels) and Event Partners, being Pipsqueak Pets Pty Ltd and Sydney Dog Photography. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.

Rules and Regulations: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Park House Mona Vale for the Event. I understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification and possible removal from the Event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: By purchasing tickets, I confirm that I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I agree that the information provided is current and correct, and I am bound by the terms of this waiver.
