Dads, Lads and Mates: Conversations That Matter is an interactive community event designed to bring fathers, sons and mates together to explore the relationships that shape our lives.

Rather than a traditional keynote event, this experience creates opportunities for authentic discussion, shared stories and meaningful reflection.

Through guided conversations, relatable real-life experiences and audience participation, attendees will be encouraged to explore what healthy relationships look like and how we can support each other to be better men, better mates and better role models.

By creating a safe space for honest conversation, we aim to strengthen connections between generations, challenge harmful stereotypes, and equip men and boys with practical ways to communicate, support one another and build respectful relationships.

Whether you're a dad, stepdad, grandfather, uncle, coach, mentor, son, teenager or mate, you'll leave with new perspectives on how we can support each other to be better men, better mates and better role models.
