Dads Raising Girls is a free, 2.5-hour online workshop for dads, stepdads, and father figures with daughters aged 2 to 15 years.

This engaging and practical session helps strengthen the father–daughter bond and offers tools to support girls' growth, confidence, and wellbeing.

💬 In this workshop, you’ll explore:

  • How to connect through play and build lasting memories

  • What girls really need from their dads during childhood and adolescence

  • How to support your daughter’s emotional development and regulation

  • Ways to model respectful relationships as she grows into a young woman
