Our ninth DadsSea&Sauna session for the year is on Saturday 24th May, and we can't wait till we welcome you to this space. This is an opportunity for connecting with other dads while resetting our body system with a sea-sauna immersion. We will feel the heat and run, and get in the sea and run, a few times. There will be an invitation for brief check-ins and also to set intention(s) either for the day, week, month, year... and to leave behind what you don't need in your life. Our aim is to do this once a month so keep an eye on this space.
