#27!!! Our DadSea&Sauna 27th Edition is on Saturday 14th November, and we can't wait to share this space with you. This is an opportunity to slow down from our busy lives, to pause and do some reflection on how we are going with what really matters, and to set intentions while connecting with other dads. If you believe in reset buttons for the mind, body and soul this is one of those.

Together we will feel the heat, the cold sea, we will breath and reset. There will be an invitation for brief check-ins and also to set intention(s) either for the day, week, month... We are doing this once a month so keep an eye on this space.

LET'S DO THIS!!!
