We're doing it again! We had such an amazing night of fashion, fun and community last year, we just had to bring everyone together again this year!

A heartfelt thank you to all those who supported us last year, we'd love to host you again! This year we're putting together a special line up of inspirational and helpful speakers, and some downright hilarious ones!

Join us for an evening of fashion, friends, and fundraising for a cause close to our hearts. Bring friends and family for a night of community connection while supporting the Cancer Council's important work.

How it works: Donate your quality, pre-loved fashion pieces prior to the night. On the night, your ticket includes one token to shop, with the option to purchase additional tokens if you discover multiple treasures! While you browse, enjoy drinks and nibbles as we hear from our generous special guests.

Cancer touches so many lives, and the Cancer Council provides invaluable practical advice, emotional support, and hope when it's needed most. Together, we can help ensure their services reach everyone who needs them.

What to expect:

  • One token to exchange for an item of clothing

  • Wine, nibbles, and a signature Daffodil Day cocktail

  • A line up of special guests to make the night one to remember

  • Lucky door prize and a silent auction

  • A warm and welcoming community atmosphere

Donate special clothing: As-new, quality clothing items from your wardrobe - think pieces that might still have tags on, items you'd be excited to discover yourself!

Clothing drop-off: We're accepting clothing donations until Friday 14th August. When you purchase your ticket, we'll email you the clothing drop off details for Jess's house.

Come for the fashion, stay for the community, and leave knowing you've made a difference. We can't wait to see you there again!

  • Raygun aka Dr Rachael Gunn | Olympian, Academic, Dancer and our Event MC

Raygun aka Dr Rachael Gunn | Olympian, Academic, Dancer and our Event MC

You know her as Raygun - the woman who walked onto the Olympic stage at Paris 2024 and courageously showed up authentically. Dr Rachael Gunn is an Olympian, academic, dancer and advocate, and we are absolutely thrilled to have her as the MC for our Daffodil Day Sip & Swap event this year. Rachael has always been a dancer, but came to breakdancing in 2012 at 25, entering a male-dominated underground scene, and never imagined it would lead to the Olympic stage. What followed was a journey of world championships, a PhD in Cultural Studies, and eventually, a global moment that sparked conversations about what it means to back yourself. She combines academic rigour with creative practice to challenge expectations and connect with audiences - and despite speculation after Paris, she hasn't retired, because as she puts it: "you don't retire from culture." Since the Olympics, Rachael has used her platform to support charities focused on mental health, women's shelters, and community initiatives. Through her speaking, she shares her experiences to help others build resilience, navigate social media, stay motivated, and think creatively. We’re so excited to have her host our night - one that is equally about fashion and fun as it is about the quiet strength of people touched by cancer, sharing hope amongst their community.

Fashion has been in Caroline's bones since childhood, growing up styling and swapping clothes with her three sisters. On the night, Caroline will be on hand for one-on-one style consultations, helping you find the perfect piece from the donated collection — so whatever you take home is right for you.
