Classes on advanced chocolate topics and on small business issues will allow attendees to grow their businesses. Additionally, a set of exhibitors with chocolate-related items such as equipment, services, and ingredients will display their products and have time to engage with attendees. If you're serious about chocolate, come on out and learn!
