Want to take it up a notch? We've got four Experiences for you. These are longer classes with a limited audience requiring an additional fee. Taste Port wine and chocolate with Zach Mazur, a WSET Level 3 qualified Port specialist for Kobrand. Or, learn how to make chocolate from bean to bar with a hands on experience led by 5 Mile Chocolate's Jessica Young and Potomac Chocolate's Ben Rasmussen. Each class will take place at the FIG in Downtown Dallas. Pairing classes are approximately an hour and a half.
