This class is made for all levels so you do not need any prior dance or cheerleading experience. We're always more focused on female empowerment and having fun, so get ready to walk into a zero pressure environment where we're all lifting each other up and literally being each other's biggest cheerleader for the evening!

We'll be learning the full routine in this 2 hour workshop including the kick line, just minus the jump split as the studio floor isn't sprung and we don't want to risk any injuries!
