At the first Dallas Youth Improv Festival March 28-29, young performers can laugh, learn, and connect at Stomping Ground Comedy. The weekend will feature comedy shows by local youth improv teams, workshops taught by Stomping Ground youth staff, and opportunities for young people to meet other young comedians.

Students from Booker T Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts will bring you high school hilarity, improvised. Witness the next generation of comedy stars as they prove that growing up can be ridiculously entertaining. Booker T Improv features Nadia Besier, Cam Penn-Drake, Eleanor Small, Adrian Lopez, Lainey Marcuis, Isabella Cedillo, Annabelle Thackray, Myles Schortgen, Elle Perry, and Marina Nadeau.

Get ready to laugh with the future of funny!Redacted & Distracted Improv features a cast of brilliant teenage comedians who turn the trials and triumphs of adolescence into hilarious, off-the-cuff scenes. From navigating online drama to surviving social chaos, they'll bring their unique perspectives and raw talent to the stage. Redacted & Distracted features Danna Dominguez, Bella Bernardini, Jillian Hunter, Latham Young, Reichen Young, and Edelweiss Long. The group is directed by John Gerhardt.

Rated E for Everyone. Advanced tickets are $5 for students (under 18) and $10 for adults; prices increase to $7 and $14 at the door.
