Dallas Youth Improv Festival presents VERSUS! (Youth Edition)

At the first Dallas Youth Improv Festival March 28-29, young performers can laugh, learn, and connect at Stomping Ground Comedy. The weekend will feature comedy shows by local youth improv teams, workshops taught by Stomping Ground youth staff, and opportunities for young people to meet other young comedians.

VERSUS! is a comedic free-for-all where two teams face off in a series of hilariously pointless challenges, and to add an extra layer of delightful unpredictability, we've got the Wheel of Challenges! This isn't your typical improv competition. Yes we have two teams, and they'll be going head-to-head in improv short-form games and even sillier physical events, but the real battle is against the absurd, the unexpected, and the sheer ridiculousness of the challenges we throw their way. Sure, there are points–but the points don’t matter–because a spin of the wheel and the team players might swap and even trade scores!  This is VERSUS! – a celebration of pure, unadulterated comedic mayhem. So, get ready to spin the wheel, embrace the chaos, and witness an improv showdown where the only real winner is anyone who appreciates a good, unpredictable laugh.

Rated E for Everyone. Advanced tickets are $5 for students (under 18) and $10 for adults; prices increase to $7 and $14 at the door.
