This session invites you to explore movement as a way to deepen your connection with yourself and others. Let the rhythms guide you as you release, express, and discover the joy of being fully present. Come dance with us and experience the power of community and self-discovery!Please bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement, along with a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you have a favorite blanket or shawl, consider bringing it for relaxation moments. Lastly, an open heart and a willingness to explore are essential. Come prepared to connect deeply with yourself and others in a nurturing and dynamic environment.
